We all experience stress and challenges to our well-being as we move through life. Sometimes these factors are out of our control, however, often we can add to these challenges through unhelpful thinking and behaviours.
I facilitate teams and individuals to navigate these stressors, developing compassion, self-awareness and practical skills, whilst feeling happier in the process.

I’m a senior Practitioner Coach with the European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC), Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered and a member of the British Association of Occupational Therapy (BAOT).
