We all experience stress and challenges to our well-being as we move through life. Sometimes these factors are out of our control, however, often we can add to these challenges through unhelpful thinking and behaviours.

As an Accredited Life Coach and Mindfulness Teacher with a background in Occupational Therapy, I’ve been supporting people to transform their quality of life and mental wellbeing since 2003. I’m a senior Practitioner Coach with the European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC), Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered and a member of the British Association of Occupational Therapy (BAOT).
